Canadian Brothers Take Amazing Selfie With Bald Eagle Rescued From Trap

Brothers Michael and Neil Fletcher were tramping through the snowy woods of Ontario this week when they happened upon an unusual sight: a bald eagle with one of its talons caught in a claw trap.

They placed a sweater over the bird’s head to keep it calm before carefully maneuvering its foot out of the hold.

Once it was free, they took this epic selfie with the cooperative, but shocked-looking bird.

Eye-to-eye with the majestic creature, Michael couldn’t help but be impressed. “I was surprised by the size, and that it’s such a beautiful bird,” he told the outlet. “When you see the eyes up close, they’re really amazing.”

In other words, two bros and an eagle make an unbeatable selfie.

The pair posted a series of videos on Facebook of their rescue of the stricken bird of prey.
